[701] "And what, bhikkhus, is the path leading to the unconditioned (asaṅkhata)? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu develops the basis of spiritual power (iddhipāda) endowed with concentration due to desire (chanda-samādhi) and volitional formations of striving (padhānasaṅkhāra). This, bhikkhus, is called the path leading to the unconditioned."
