[702] And what, bhikkhus, is the path leading to the unconditioned (asaṅkhatagāmimagga)? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu develops the basis for spiritual power (iddhipāda) that possesses concentration (samādhi) due to energy and volitional formations of striving (vīriyasamādhipadhānasaṅkhāra). This, bhikkhus, is called the path leading to the unconditioned.
