[703] "And what, bhikkhus, is the path leading to the unconditioned (asaṅkhata)? Here, bhikkhus, a bhikkhu develops the basis of spiritual power (iddhipāda) endowed with concentration (samādhi) due to mind (citta) and with volitional formations of striving (padhānasaṅkhāra). This, bhikkhus, is called the path leading to the unconditioned."
