[413] "Bhikkhus, this is the forerunner and precursor of the rising of the sun, namely, the coming up of the dawn (aruṇugga). So too, bhikkhus, for a bhikkhu this is the forerunner and precursor of the arising of the seven factors of awakening (bojjhaṅga), namely, wise attention (yoniso manasikāra). Bhikkhus, when a bhikkhu is accomplished in wise attention, it is to be expected that he will develop the seven factors of awakening, that he will cultivate the seven factors of awakening."
