[916] Bhikkhus, when a noble disciple (ariyasāvaka) understands as it really is the origin, the passing away, the gratification, the danger, and the escape in regard to these five faculties (indriya), this noble disciple, bhikkhus, is called a stream-enterer (sotāpanna), no longer subject to downfall, fixed in destiny, with full awakening as his destination. End of the Second Sutta.
