[992] "Bhikkhus, it is because of having developed and cultivated two faculties (indriya) that a bhikkhu whose taints (āsava) are destroyed declares final knowledge (aññā) thus: 'I understand: Birth (jāti) is destroyed, the holy life has been lived, what had to be done has been done, there is no more coming to this state of being.'"
