[104] There is no offence (anāpatti): when a related (bhikkhunī) is washing and an unrelated one is her companion; when she washes without having been told; when he has an article that has been made but not yet used washed; when (it is washed) by a female probationer (sikkhamānā); by a female novice (sāmaṇerī); for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammika).
