[103] When [the bhikkhunī] is not a relation, [a bhikkhu,] perceiving her as not a relation, has sheep's wool washed: it is [an offense of] pācittiya entailing relinquishment (nissaggiya pācittiya). When she is not a relation, perceiving her as not a relation, he has sheep's wool washed and dyed: together with the relinquishment there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When she is not a relation, perceiving her as not a relation, he has sheep's wool washed and combed out: together with the relinquishment there is an offense of wrong-doing.
