[171] There is no offense: if, when being asked, "Where shall we give?", he says, "Give it where your gift (deyyadhamma) would obtain use, or would obtain repair, or would be long-lasting, or wherever your mind (citta) has confidence — give it there"; if he is insane; if he is the first offender.
