[730] There is no offense: when, being asked, "Where shall we give?" he says, "Give it there where your gift (deyyadhamma) would receive use, or would receive repair, or would be long-lasting; or else wherever your mind (citta) has confidence, give it there"; for one who is insane (ummattaka); for the first offender (ādikammika).
