[261] A fully ordained one (upasampanna), having heard it from a fully ordained one, conveys malicious speech (pesuñña) to a fully ordained one, saying: "The one named so-and-so calls you a Kosiya, a Bhāradvāja" — there is an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya for each utterance.
