[278] One fully ordained (upasampanna), having heard it from one fully ordained, conveys malicious speech (pesuñña) to one fully ordained, saying: "The bhikkhu named so-and-so says, 'There are here some khattiyas, brahmins'; he speaks of no one else — he speaks only of you" — there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa) for each utterance. …
