[320] "Should tell" means: for one who says to a person not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "My mind (citta) is free from the hindrance (nīvaraṇa) of lust (rāga), my mind is free from the hindrance of hatred, my mind is free from the hindrance of delusion," there is an offense of pācittiya.
