[321] "Should tell" (āroceyya) means: if a bhikkhu says to one not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "I attained, I attain, I have attained the first jhāna … the second jhāna … the third jhāna … the fourth jhāna in an empty dwelling (suññāgāra); I am a gainer of the fourth jhāna in an empty dwelling; I have mastery over it; the fourth jhāna in an empty dwelling has been realized by me" — there is an offense of pācittiya.
