[311] **"Should tell"** means: for one who says to a person not fully ordained (anupasampanna): "I attained, I attain, I have attained the emptiness liberation (suññata vimokkha), the signless liberation (animitta vimokkha), the undirected liberation (appaṇihita vimokkha), the emptiness concentration (samādhi) (suññata samādhi), the signless concentration (animitta samādhi), the undirected concentration (appaṇihita samādhi); I am a gainer of the undirected concentration; I am a master of it; the undirected concentration has been realized by me" — there is an offense (āpatti) entailing confession (pācittiya).
