[322] **"Should tell" (āroceyya)** means: for one who says to a person not fully ordained (anupasampanna), "I attained (samāpajjiṃ) the first jhāna and the second jhāna; I attain them; I have attained them; I am an obtainer of the first jhāna and of the second jhāna; I am a master of them; the first jhāna and the second jhāna have been realized by me" — there is an offense of pācittiya (āpatti pācittiyassa).
