[702] There is no offence (anāpatti) when a bhikkhu, being harassed by anyone, raises the palm as a weapon (talasattika) desiring to free himself; for one who is insane; for the first offender (ādikammika). The Fifth Training Rule is concluded. _____________ The Sixth Training Rule
