[140] Bhikkhus, the appearance of one person is rare in the world. Of which one person? Of the Tathāgata (tathāgata), the Arahant (arahant), the Fully Self-Enlightened One (sammāsambuddha). Bhikkhus, the appearance of this one person is rare in the world.
