[298] Bhikkhus, these two persons, when arising in the world, arise as extraordinary human beings (acchariyamanussā). Which two? The Tathāgata, the Arahant, the Fully Self-Enlightened One (sammāsambuddha), and a wheel-turning monarch (rājā cakkavattī). These, bhikkhus, are the two persons who, when arising in the world, arise as extraordinary human beings.
