[141] Bhikkhus, one person, when arising in the world, arises as an extraordinary human being (acchariyamanussa). Who is that one person? The Tathāgata, the Arahant, the Fully Self-Enlightened One (sammāsambuddha). This one person, bhikkhus, when arising in the world, arises as an extraordinary human being.
