[149] Bhikkhus, these five dhammas lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily liberated (samayavimutta). What five? Delight in work, delight in talk, delight in sleep, delight in company, and he does not review the mind (citta) as it has been liberated. These, bhikkhus, are the five dhammas that lead to the decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily liberated. Bhikkhus, these five dhammas lead to the non-decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily liberated. What five? No delight in work, no delight in talk, no delight in sleep, no delight in company, and he reviews the mind as it has been liberated. These, bhikkhus, are the five dhammas that lead to the non-decline of a bhikkhu who is temporarily liberated.
