[116] When it is another thing, and she perceives it as another thing, and she has another thing procured in exchange: it is an offense entailing relinquishment with confession (nissaggiya pācittiya). When it is another thing, and she is in doubt, and she has another thing procured in exchange: it is an offense entailing relinquishment with confession. When it is another thing, and she perceives it as not another thing, and she has another thing procured in exchange: it is an offense entailing relinquishment with confession. When it is not another thing, and she perceives it as another thing: an offense of wrongdoing (dukkaṭa). When it is not another thing, and she is in doubt: an offense of wrongdoing. When it is not another thing, and she perceives it as not another thing: no offense.
