[22] With the motion (ñatti), there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); with the two proclamations of the act (kammavācā), offenses of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation of the act, there is an offense entailing expulsion (pārājika).
