[21] That bhikkhunī should be admonished (samanubhāsitabbā). And thus, bhikkhus, should she be admonished. The Saṅgha should be informed by a competent and capable bhikkhunī:
"Venerable ladies, let the Saṅgha listen to me. This bhikkhunī named so-and-so is following that bhikkhu who has been suspended (ukkhitta) by a unanimous Saṅgha in accordance with the Dhamma, the Vinaya, and the Teacher's instruction — one who is disrespectful, who has not made amends, with whom companionship has not been made. She does not relinquish that course. If the Saṅgha is ready, let the Saṅgha admonish the bhikkhunī named so-and-so for the relinquishment of that course. This is the motion (ñatti).
"Venerable ladies, let the Saṅgha listen to me. This bhikkhunī named so-and-so is following that bhikkhu who has been suspended by a unanimous Saṅgha in accordance with the Dhamma, the Vinaya, and the Teacher's instruction — one who is disrespectful, who has not made amends, with whom companionship has not been made. She does not relinquish that course. The Saṅgha admonishes the bhikkhunī named so-and-so for the relinquishment of that course. Any venerable lady to whom the admonishment of the bhikkhunī named so-and-so for the relinquishment of that course is agreeable should remain silent; any to whom it is not agreeable should speak.
"For a second time I speak this matter … For a third time I speak this matter …
"The bhikkhunī named so-and-so has been admonished by the Saṅgha for the relinquishment of that course. It is agreeable to the Saṅgha; therefore it is silent. Thus do I hold it."
