[65] Because of the motion (ñatti), there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); because of the two proclamations (kammavācā), offenses of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation, an offense entailing formal meetings of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa). For her who has fallen into the saṅghādisesa offense, the offense of wrong-doing for the motion and the offenses of grave transgression for the two proclamations subside.
