[81] Through the motion (ñatti), there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); through the two proclamations (kammavācā), there are offenses of grave transgression (thullaccaya); at the conclusion of the proclamation, there is an offense entailing a formal meeting of the Saṅgha (saṅghādisesa). For those [bhikkhunīs] committing the saṅghādisesa, the offense of wrong-doing through the motion and the offenses of grave transgression through the two proclamations subside.
Two or three [bhikkhunīs] may be admonished (samanubhāsitabbā) together; more than that, they should not be admonished.
