[323] **"Whatever"** (yā pana): whoever, of whatever sort … **"Bhikkhunī"**: … this is the bhikkhunī intended in this meaning. **"Worldly arts" (tiracchānavijjā)**: whatever is external [to the Dispensation] and not connected with benefit. **"Should learn"** (pariyāpuṇeyya): if she learns it word by word, for each word there is an offense of pācittiya. If she learns it letter by letter, for each letter there is an offense of pācittiya.
