[366] If she is pregnant and one perceives her as pregnant, and gives her ordination (vuṭṭhāpeti): an offense (āpatti) of pācittiya. If she is pregnant and one is doubtful, and gives her ordination: an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). If she is pregnant and one perceives her as not pregnant, and gives her ordination: no offense. If she is not pregnant and one perceives her as pregnant: an offense of wrong-doing. If she is not pregnant and one is doubtful: an offense of wrong-doing. If she is not pregnant and one perceives her as not pregnant: no offense.
