[464] **"Whatever" (yā pana):** whoever, of whatever sort … **"Bhikkhunī":** … this is the **bhikkhunī** intended in this sense. **"Scented" (vāsitaka)** means anything scented with perfume. **"Sesame paste" (piññāka):** ground sesame flour is what is meant. **"Should bathe":** as she bathes, in the effort there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa); at the conclusion of the bathing, an offence entailing expiation (pācittiya).
