[326] "Whatever" (yā pana): whoever, of whatever sort … "Bhikkhunī": … this is the bhikkhunī intended in this context. "Worldly knowledge" (tiracchānavijjā) means any external art whatsoever, not connected with benefit. "Should teach": she teaches by line — for every line, an offense of pācittiya. She teaches by syllable — for every syllable, an offense of pācittiya.
