[155] "Whatever" (yā pana): means whoever, of whatever sort … . "Bhikkhunī": … this is the bhikkhunī intended in this context (imasmiṃ atthe adhippetā). "Confined place" (sambādha) means the two armpits and the region of the urinary organ. "Should cause to be removed" (saṃharāpeyya): if she causes even a single hair to be removed, she commits an offense of pācittiya. If she causes even many hairs to be removed, she commits an offense of pācittiya.
