[54] **"This one too":** this is said with reference to the previous ones (i.e., the previously mentioned bhikkhunīs). **"Entailing an offence at the first act (paṭhamāpattika)":** she falls into the offence together with the transgression of the ground (vatthu) itself, without admonition (samanubhāsanā, i.e., without a formal reproof needing to be carried out). **"Entailing being sent away (nissāraṇīya)":** she is sent away from the Saṅgha. **"Saṅghādisesa":** … For this reason too it is called "saṅghādisesa." *(the Pali itself elides here with peyyāla)* If she accepts water or tooth-wood, there is an offence of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa).
