Saṅghādisesasikkhābada

[90] When the act is legitimate, perceiving it as a legitimate act (dhammakamma), if she does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When the act is legitimate, being doubtful, if she does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When the act is legitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act, if she does not relinquish, there is an offense of saṅghādisesa. When the act is illegitimate, perceiving it as a legitimate act, there is an offense of wrong-doing (dukkaṭa). When the act is illegitimate, being doubtful, there is an offense of wrong-doing. When the act is illegitimate, perceiving it as an illegitimate act, there is an offense of wrong-doing.
