[106] I gave a jasmine flower (jātipuppha) to the Blessed One Siddhattha:
seven blossoms were strewn³ by me in gladness upon his feet.

By that deed, today I surpass men and gods;
I bear my final body in the dispensation (sāsana) of the Fully Self-Enlightened One (sammāsambuddha).
It was in the ninety-fourth aeon (kappa) from now that I offered up that flower;
I know of no bad destination (duggati): this is the fruit of worship with flowers.
In the fifth aeon from now there were thirteen wheel-turning monarchs (cakkavatti)
named Samantagandha, rulers of the four quarters, lords of hosts of men.
The four analytic insights (paṭisambhidā), and these eight liberations (vimokkha) as well,
and the six superknowledges (chaḷabhiññā) have been realized; the Buddha's dispensation has been fulfilled.
Thus indeed did the Venerable Elder Padapūjaka speak these verses.
