[46] To Siddhattha, the Blessed One,
the Chief of the World, the Steadfast One (tādī),
taking a wild koraṇḍa flower (vanakoraṇḍa),
I offered it up to the Buddha.
In the ninety-fourth aeon (kappa) from the present,
since the flower that I offered up,
I know of no bad destination (duggati) —
this is the fruit of worship of the Buddha (buddhapūjā).
My defilements (kilesa) have been burned away;
all existences have been extirpated;
like an elephant that has burst its bonds,
I dwell free from taints (āsava).
Welcome indeed was my coming
into the presence of my Buddha:
the three true knowledges (vijjā) have been attained;
the Buddha's teaching has been fulfilled.
The four analytic insights (paṭisambhidā)
and also these eight liberations (vimokkha),
the six superknowledges (chaḷabhiññā) have been realized;
the Buddha's teaching has been fulfilled.
Thus indeed the Venerable Elder Vanakoraṇḍiya spoke these verses.
