[129] Which phenomena (dhammā) are wholesome?
On the occasion when a wholesome mind (citta) belonging to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) has arisen — accompanied by joy (somanassa), dissociated from knowledge (ñāṇa), with prompting (sasaṅkhārena) — having form (rūpa) as its object … or a dhamma as its object, or with reference to whatever [object it may be]: on that occasion there is contact (phassa) … there is non-distraction (avikkhepa) … These phenomena are wholesome. …
