[315] Which phenomena (dhammā) are unwholesome (akusala)? On the occasion when an unwholesome mind (citta) has arisen — accompanied by joy (somanassa), dissociated from view (diṭṭhigata-vippayutta), with prompting (sasaṅkhārena) — with a form (rūpa) as object, … or a dhamma as object, or with reference to whatever [object it may be] — on that occasion there is contact (phassa) … there is non-distraction (avikkhepa) … These phenomena are unwholesome. … ---------------- The Fifth Citta
