[329] Which phenomena (dhammā) are unwholesome? On the occasion when an unwholesome mind (citta) has arisen — accompanied by grief (domanassa), associated with repulsion (paṭigha), with prompting (sasaṅkhārena) — with a form (rūpa) as its object … or a dhamma as its object, or with reference to whatever [object] it may be: on that occasion there is contact (phassa) … there is non-distraction (avikkhepa) … These phenomena are unwholesome. … --------------- The Eleventh Mind (Citta)
