[138] Which phenomena (dhammā) are wholesome? On the occasion when a wholesome mind (citta) belonging to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) has arisen, accompanied by equanimity (upekkhā), dissociated from knowledge (ñāṇa), with prompting (sasaṅkhārena), having as its object a form (rūpārammaṇa) … or a dhamma (dhammārammaṇa), or with reference to whatever [object] it may be — on that occasion there is contact (phassa) … there is non-distraction (avikkhepa) … These phenomena are wholesome. …
