[125] Which phenomena (dhammā) are wholesome?
On the occasion when a wholesome mind (citta) belonging to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara) has arisen — accompanied by mental happiness (somanassa), associated with knowledge (ñāṇa), with prompting (sasaṅkhārena), having a form as its object (ārammaṇa) … or a dhamma as its object, or with reference to whatever [object it may be] — on that occasion there is contact (phassa) … there is non-distraction (avikkhepa) …
These phenomena are wholesome. …
