[280] What, on that occasion, is mind (citta)?
That which, on that occasion, is mind (citta), mentality (mano), mentation (mānasa), heart (hadaya), the lucid (paṇḍara), mentality (mano), the mind base (manāyatana), the mind faculty (manindriya), consciousness (viññāṇa), the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha), the corresponding mind-consciousness element (tajjā manoviññāṇadhātu) — this, on that occasion, is mind.
