[297] What, on that occasion, is the power of shamelessness (ahirika-bala)? That which on that occasion feels no shame at that of which one ought to be ashamed, feels no shame at the attainment (samāpatti) of evil, unwholesome phenomena (dhammā) — this, on that occasion, is the power of shamelessness.
