[333] Which, on that occasion, is the aggregate of volitional formations (saṅkhārakkhandha)?
Contact (phassa), volition (cetanā), thought-conception (vitakka), discursive thought (vicāra), one-pointedness of mind (cittass'ekaggatā), the faculty of energy (viriyindriya), the life faculty (jīvitindriya), wrong thought (micchāsaṅkappa), wrong effort (micchāvāyāma), the power of energy (viriyabala), the power of shamelessness (ahirikabala), the power of lack of moral dread (anottappabala), doubt (vicikicchā), delusion (moha), shamelessness (ahirika), lack of moral dread (anottappa), exertion (paggāha); or whatever other dependently arisen (paṭiccasamuppanna) immaterial phenomena (dhammā) there are on that occasion — excepting the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha), excepting the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha), excepting the aggregate of consciousness (viññāṇakkhandha) — this, on that occasion, is the aggregate of volitional formations. …
