[528] What is that form that is bodily intimation (kāyaviññatti)?
That which, on the part of one whose mind (citta) is wholesome, or whose mind is unwholesome, or whose mind is indeterminate (abyākata) — whether going forward or returning, looking ahead or looking around, bending in or stretching out — is the tensing of the body, the thorough tensing, the state of being thoroughly tensed; the intimation, the making known, the state of having been made known: this is that form that is bodily intimation.
