[619] Which form (rūpa) is internal (ajjhattika) and not the femininity faculty (itthindriya)? The eye base (cakkhāyatana) … the body base (kāyāyatana) — this is that form which is internal and not the femininity faculty. Which form is external (bāhira) and the femininity faculty? That which, of a woman, is the feminine appearance (itthīliṅga), the feminine mark (itthīnimitta), feminine behavior (itthīkutta), feminine deportment (itthākappa), femininity (itthitta), the feminine state (itthībhāva) — this is that form which is external and the femininity faculty. Which form is external and not the femininity faculty? The form base (rūpāyatana) … edible food (kabaḷīkāra āhāra) — this is that form which is external and not the femininity faculty.
