[765] Which phenomena (dhammā) are dissociated from misapprehension (parāmāsa) but liable to misapprehension (parāmaṭṭha)?
Those phenomena that are dissociated from those [misapprehension] phenomena: phenomena subject to taints (sāsava) — wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate (abyākata) — belonging to the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), the form sphere (rūpāvacara), and the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), namely the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) … the consciousness aggregate (viññāṇakkhandha) — these phenomena are dissociated from misapprehension but liable to misapprehension.
Which phenomena are dissociated from misapprehension and not liable to misapprehension (aparāmaṭṭha)?
The unincluded (apariyāpanna) paths, the fruits of the paths (maggaphala), and the unconditioned element (asaṅkhatā dhātu) — these phenomena are dissociated from misapprehension and not liable to misapprehension.
