[64] By way of one, the aggregate of volitional formations (saṅkhārakkhandha) is associated with mind (citta-sampayutta). By way of two, the aggregate of volitional formations: there is that which is root (hetu); there is that which is not root. By way of three, the aggregate of volitional formations: there is that which is wholesome (kusala); there is that which is unwholesome (akusala); there is that which is indeterminate (abyākata). By way of four, the aggregate of volitional formations: there is that of the sense sphere (kāmāvacara); there is that of the form sphere (rūpāvacara); there is that of the formless sphere (arūpāvacara); there is that which is unincluded (apariyāpanna). By way of five, the aggregate of volitional formations: there is that which is associated with the bodily-pleasure faculty (sukhindriya); there is that which is associated with the bodily-pain faculty (dukkhindriya); there is that which is associated with the joy faculty (somanassindriya); there is that which is associated with the grief faculty (domanassindriya); there is that which is associated with the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya). By way of six, the aggregate of volitional formations: volition (cetanā) born of eye-contact, volition born of ear-contact, volition born of nose-contact, volition born of tongue-contact, volition born of body-contact, volition born of mind-contact. Thus is the aggregate of volitional formations by way of six. By way of seven, the aggregate of volitional formations: volition born of eye-contact … volition born of body-contact, volition born of mind-element contact (manodhātu-samphassajā), volition born of mind-consciousness-element contact (manoviññāṇadhātu-samphassajā). Thus is the aggregate of volitional formations by way of seven. By way of eight, the aggregate of volitional formations: volition born of eye-contact … volition born of body-contact — there is that which is accompanied by pleasure (sukhasahagata), there is that which is accompanied by pain (dukkhasahagata) — volition born of mind-element contact, volition born of mind-consciousness-element contact. Thus is the aggregate of volitional formations by way of eight. By way of nine, the aggregate of volitional formations: volition born of eye-contact … volition born of mind-element contact, volition born of mind-consciousness-element contact — there is that which is wholesome, there is that which is unwholesome, there is that which is indeterminate. Thus is the aggregate of volitional formations by way of nine. By way of ten, the aggregate of volitional formations: volition born of eye-contact … volition born of body-contact — there is that which is accompanied by pleasure, there is that which is accompanied by pain — volition born of mind-element contact, volition born of mind-consciousness-element contact — there is that which is wholesome, there is that which is unwholesome, there is that which is indeterminate.
