[951] Therein, what is being difficult to admonish (dovacassatā)?
When one is being admonished in accordance with the Dhamma (sahadhammike vuccamāne): the act of being difficult to admonish, the being difficult to admonish, the state of being difficult to admonish, the taking hold of a contrary position, finding satisfaction in opposition, disregard, the state of disregard, lack of respect, lack of deference — this is called being difficult to admonish.
Therein, what is having bad friends (pāpamittatā)?
Those persons who are without faith, immoral, of little learning, stingy, and of poor wisdom — whatever frequenting of them there is, constant frequenting, close frequenting, associating, close associating, devotion, strong devotion, and being inclined toward them — this is called having bad friends.
Therein, what is perception of diversity (nānattasaññā)?
Perception of sensuality (kāmasaññā), perception of ill will (byāpādasaññā), perception of cruelty (vihiṃsāsaññā) — this is called perception of diversity. All unwholesome perceptions (akusalasaññā) whatsoever are perceptions of diversity.
