[216] Whatever phenomena (dhammā) are not included together with the phenomena that are fetters (saṃyojana); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are ties (gantha); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are floods (ogha); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are bonds (yoga); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are hindrances (nīvaraṇa); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are misapprehensions (parāmāsa); whatever phenomena together with the phenomena that are both misapprehensions and misapprehended (parāmāsā ceva parāmaṭṭhā ca) — not included by way of inclusion in the aggregates (khandha-saṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the sense bases (āyatana-saṅgaha), not included by way of inclusion in the elements (dhātu-saṅgaha) — and whatever phenomena [are not so included] together with those phenomena: those phenomena are not included by two aggregates, by eleven sense bases, and by seventeen elements.
