[282] Phenomena (dhammā) that are fetters (saññojana), phenomena that are ties (gantha), phenomena that are floods (ogha), phenomena that are bonds (yoga), phenomena that are hindrances (nīvaraṇa), phenomena that are misapprehensions (parāmāsa), and phenomena that are both misapprehensions and misapprehended (parāmāsā ceva parāmaṭṭhā ca) are associated with three aggregates (khandha), one sense base (āyatana), and one element (dhātu); and they are associated with some [phenomena] of one aggregate, one sense base, and one element. From how many are they dissociated? They are dissociated from one aggregate, ten sense bases, and sixteen elements; and they are dissociated from some [phenomena] of one sense base and one element.
